Access Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
(Events outside these hours may be arranged on request and may incur additional fees.)

Whether you’re planning an intimate brunch, a birthday celebration, a baby shower, or a corporate away day, Lancewell House offers flexible event hire options. Guests can choose to hire the ground floor, first floor, or the entire property (with a maximum capacity of 50 guests), giving you the perfect backdrop for any occasion.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the event, provided the property is left in good condition.
